Job Description

We are now seeking a Client Service Manager for our SmartRocket Retail Information division.

Based in Taipei and reporting to the CEO in Hong Kong, you will manage and develop a portfolio of clients that includes some of the world’s largest and most important brands. You will use unique technologies, including our SmartRocket ( mobile workforce platform, designing and overseeing major retail information programs, delivering top notch service and ultimately ensuring our client’s satisfaction.


The successful applicant will be joining a medium sized business with vast potential, enjoying the advantages that attach to involvement with a rapidly growing, high tech business with a unique offer in the marketplace.


Desired Skills & Experience


  • 5 years+ experience in a Client Service capacity in a Market Research, Advertising, Marketing or other B2B services environment.
  • An understanding of retail auditing, retail marketing research an advantage.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel essential.
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Native level fluency in reading, writing, speaking English & Mandarin is a must.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, excellent problem solving ability and high sense of urgency.
  • This position is based in Taipei, Taiwan, but will involve occasional travel within the region.
